Simple Setlists

Start without an account
Create a manual setlist, then use + → Import song sheets to choose a ChordPro, text, PDF or uncompressed MusicXML file from Files. Local song reading does not require a Dropbox account.
Find band readiness
Open a setlist’s song list. For a setlist already uploaded to the Dropbox band folder, choose Band folder → Band readiness. Refresh download acknowledgements to see the last saved published version for each member.
Protect your saved work
Use Settings → Complete backup and restore to save a personal backup outside the app. Keep older Playgrounds projects until you have checked their saved data; a separate project can have separate storage.
Private and shared notes
Open a song’s three-dot menu and choose Notes layers. Personal notes stay separate. Saving a band draft does not publish it; an authorised member must explicitly publish the saved draft.
When asking for help
Please include your app version, iPad model, iPadOS version, the screen you were using and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot of the first red error is helpful if a Playgrounds project fails to build.
Send only material you are allowed to share. Please do not send passwords, Dropbox access tokens or private account credentials.
